Can I run several weddings from one account?
Yes. Every wedding you are running sits on one account and one screen, with its guests, its status and what comes next. When a wedding is done, you can hand it to the couple.
Can my team work on the same wedding with separate logins?
Yes. The roles are Co-owner, Can edit, Door-only and Can look, each with its own login, so your team and both families work on the same wedding without passing a spreadsheet around.
Do my clients' guests need to install an app?
No. Every guest gets a link that opens inside WhatsApp or any phone browser. On Signature they can also reply inside the WhatsApp chat itself.
Does ShaadiMode answer guests' questions on WhatsApp?
Yes. The Guest Concierge answers in English, Hindi or Hinglish, only from your wedding's own details: timings, venue, dress code, their room. When it doesn't know, it hands the question to you. It comes with Signature, where you choose: approve each reply, or let it reply on its own when it is sure.
What happens when a function runs late?
On the Signature plan, one tap marks the delay and shifts every later item in the run of show automatically. The live day-of page updates for family and vendors within moments, with no login needed.
